I just installed the FLV watermark software and eveytime I try to work was a flv file, I get an Error that says "Run Error 53" - I cant get this software to work -- what do I need to do?

53 File not found File required by the program to run is not found. Program needs to be reinstalled or missing file(s) need to be copied back to the computer
Error Message:
Runtime Error 53, file not found
Translation:
Error 53 indicates there is a file missing that Windows expected to locate in a specific place. The error usually occurs after you install some software and try to run the new program. The problem is that one or more files were not installed or were corrupted during the installation.
Solution:
Uninstall and reinstall the software. You can do this by going into the Start menu. In Windows XP, go to Settings, then click Control Panel, and from there click Add/Remove Programs. Uninstall the program by selecting it from the listed items. Now reinstall the program. A fresh install should fix the missing file that caused the problem.
If you are consistently having a runtime error in your operating system, reinstall the operating system
