Q: Looking for a web based slow motion frame by frame zoom player
A: I will pass this on to the flash team for discussion. At first glance this would take quite a bit of development, as there is nothing like it on the market. I suspect that the video encoding would also need to be taken into consideration in order for it to detect keyframes to make a reference on each frame. This typically makes the original video very large and can become unmanageable.
