Q: Per your company's entries on Mediacore's message board (see link below), I'd be grateful if you could provide me with costings for both hosting and installing their script please?

A: We do support Medicacore and the cost to install is $75. We do recommend having a server admin install regardless of the host you choose, we have not found any clients who have been able to do so.
Hosting cost depends on the usage
(number of videos X size (megs usually) X number of views per month = total bandwidth)
example,
10 X 10 meg videos X 1,000 views = 100,000 megs (or, 97 gigs) = Small Business account

A less cost video site is also www.phpmotion.com which is free, easy to install, and had non branding removal for $49. It is built on php versus python, so can also be modified more easily
We have done many mods for that system including players, admins, mobile delivery, and webcam recording apps.
