Q: This is a local news website. I managed to build the website myself through trial and error. It is not very flexible and difficult to expand. If you look at the site you will see that my news stories are individual flv files. All built in CS3. I update these stories daily. All entered in flash timeline. Can hosting provide me with an easier way to manage this site? Again, I am not an expert. I need the help of experts. Thanks!

You might want to take a look at www.phpmotion.com which is a simple video site plus administration, including ad spaces which you might need. And its free.
