Which encoder is used behind the scenes here:

I found excellent results for encoding my test screen recording, but will want to do a file over 100M in size. I don't think it is the same encoder as "FLV Encoder by FLV Hosting Ver 3.00" - or perhaps I need to know which settings to use.
